“Buy Some Shotgun Shells!”

Vice President Joe Biden claims to be a good shot with his over and under Beretta shotgun but I don’t know about his claim that a shotgun would keep someone a lot safer than an “assault weapon.” After all, as Joe himself says, “It’s harder to use an assault weapon to hit something than it is a shotgun. So, if you want to keep people away in an earthquake, buy some shotgun shells.” As it turns out, it is all political manure spewing from the man’s mouth to avoid answering the question of what he would say to the Americans who claim that he is trying to impede on their 2nd Amendment rights and ability to defend themselves. So…being a straight shooter, Joe just tells us how it is and points out that anyone trying to protect their home has a much better chance of doing so with two shells full of #6 shot versus 30 rounds of 5.56mm NATO. It is no wonder there is a push to ban “assault weapons” by the government. The POTUS and Vice POTUS are just trying to make sure we have the tools to best protect ourselves! Check it out:

  1. I wonder if Biden has ever fired an ‘assault weapon’ and has any first hand knowledge about the controllable/uncontrollable nature of that type of rifle. This could be his “skeet shooting all the time” moment if it was pursued by the media.

  2. MrApple,

You don’t have to shoot one to know anything about guns. The best way to learn is to look at pictures of various weapons and then decide how dangerous they are. To answer the question though, I am willing to bet that the Vice President has not fired an “assault weapon.”

    Wow…dumbest comment ever.

    • Jim,

It certainly is no way to try to impress people with your intelligence. Although, you could possibly convince some that you were not intelligent making such a comment.
